In 1955, Diversified Manufacturing Incorporated opened with the goal of creating and manufacturing the highest quality thermal engineering products. This mission led us from a small garage to our modern manufacturing facility. Today, we provide our local and international customers with full services in engineering, metal fabrication, machining, sheet metal, integration, assembly, and engineering support, all backed by the quality promise that's guided us for over 65 years.

Our History
1955 – 1976
Diversified Manufacturing opens in a 250 sq. ft garage in Lockport, NY by Mr. Tillotson, Mr. Frobgen, and Mr. Bald. The company grows quickly, purchasing Lockport Engineering and Fabrication Co., acquiring an ASME Code Stamp, and moving into a 40,000 sq. ft facility.
1976 – 1999
DM doubles the size of its facility to 80,000 sq. ft. The company is sold to Mr. Costello and goes on to acquire Rotary Company, a precision sheet metal manufacturer.
1999 – 2013
DM continues to purchase additional companies, including IPAC in 2004. Driven by commitment to quality, the company is certified by ISO, PP, the European PED, and acquires both the China and Korea Code Stamps.
Today
DM completes its biggest expansion yet, doubling to 160,000 sq. ft. The new facility houses state-of-the-art machine tools and fabrication and processing equipment. In 2021, Fairchild Capital Partners takes ownership of the company.
