Position Summary

  • Diversified Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Welder to weld various metals and perform associated tasks

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use of Mig, Tig, Pulse, and Flux Core applications
  • Weld to ASME or AWS codes
  • Weld various metals by selecting the correct equipment and proper process
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Position Summary

  • The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting, costing, and financial reporting activities for the manufacturing operation

CNC Machinist

Position Summary

  • Diversified Manufacturing is looking for a competent CNC Operator/Machinist to use computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately to perform a variety of machining functions
  • The CNC Operator Machinist position is responsible for producing machined parts by setting up and operating a variety of manual and computer numerical control (CNC) machines; maintaining quality, safety standards; and maintaining equipment

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and operate manual and CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, tapping, grinding, milling etc
  • Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc
  • Maintains specifications by observing machining operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions and adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
  • Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
  • Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
  • Requirements/ Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:Proven experience as CNC Operator/Machinist

  • The Buyer oversees and enhances the purchasing function for the company, ensuring materials and commodity fluctuation are taken into consideration for client projects and orders

  • Oversees the purchasing function based on current backlog and standard serial business with emphasis on material planning to fit the company's current business model of strategy and growth

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with focus on supply chain management Minimum 8 years' experience in Supply Chain Management in an industrial manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of markets, commodities and materials involved in fabrication of ASME Pressure VesselsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, MRP/ERP System (JobBoss) and additional documentation softwareStrong communication skills to successfully interact with vendors, customers, direct reports, and other departments
